ZWAP! Account & Data Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your ZWAP! account and associated data, or to request deletion of specific app data without deleting your full account.
Submit a request
Complete the form below using the email address connected to your ZWAP! account. Requests are reviewed and processed within 7 days.
You may also email your request directly to admin@zwap.online with the subject “Delete My Account” or “Delete My Data.”
Delete app account
If you request full account deletion, ZWAP! will delete your account and associated data connected to that account.
- Email address
- Account information
- Fitness and activity data, including step-related activity
- Gameplay, learning progress, and completion history
- zPts balance and progression data
- Streaks, badges, and app progress connected to the account
Manage app data
If you do not want to delete your full account, you may request deletion of specific data categories collected through the app.
Data that may be retained
Minimal records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.
Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes and are not used for normal account functionality after deletion.
Processing timeframe
Account deletion and app data deletion requests are processed within 7 days after the request is received and verified.
